Description of Services

The Precision Group AI provides AI automation and digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • AI Chatbot development and management built inside our in-house CRM platform
  • AI Voice Agent setup and management (24/7 call handling and lead qualification)
  • Website Voice Button integration powered by Assistantz.ai — subject to separate Assistantz.ai terms and service fees
  • GEO and SEO-optimized pages for local and service-based businesses
  • Social media management as specialized service solutions
  • SEO content writing as specialized service solutions
  • SEO services as specialized service solutions
  • Web design and hosting as specialized service solutions

Specialized services may involve third-party platforms or tools where applicable. Relevant platform or provider terms may apply and will be shared when necessary.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. General terms include:

  • Services are billed on a flat monthly rate unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
  • Payment is due on the date specified in your invoice
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
  • Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your service agreement
  • The Website Voice Button requires a separate monthly subscription to Assistantz.ai, billed directly or through us as specified in your agreement

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by The Precision Group AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services, you own the content and pages we create for your business. We retain the right to use your project as a portfolio example unless you request otherwise in writing.

You grant us a limited license to use your brand assets, logos, and content solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have contracted for.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Precision Group AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from changes in search engine or AI platform algorithms
  • Downtime or unavailability of third-party platforms we integrate with
  • Results from GEO, SEO, or content services, which depend on factors outside our control

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you:

  • Fail to pay fees owed after reasonable notice
  • Violate these terms or any applicable laws
  • Use our services for any unlawful or harmful purpose

Upon termination, we will provide you with all deliverables completed and paid for up to the termination date. Recurring fees will cease at the end of the notice period.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, California.
